Doctor

Introduction
As the number of diseases and people hurting / killing each other increases, so does the requirement of skilled & knowledgable saviors to heal and cure those hurtful things : thatâs what the doctor job is about !
Doctor is a sub-job of civilian, which means that it shares the same outfits, vehicles, weapons and rules as them, but with some advantages compared to other jobs:
- Being able to heal, cure & sell medical supplies to other players.
- Being able to revive all players, including criminals, cops & EMS.
- Daily $40,000 pay check at 12:00 in-game (so every 24 minutes)
- Light pink nametag & blip on the map (when not being wanted for crimes)
- Unique outfits that only them can use. (but they only have those outfits)
How to become a doctor ?
If you want to become a Doctor, youâll have to:
- Be Level 8+ on the server.
- Go to the University
- Speak to the NPC and âpassâ your exam and get certified
- Speak again to the NPC and select âSwitch to doctorâ

You can head to either an Hospital or to the University
to switch to Doctor by speaking to the NPC staying there.

Congratulations ! You are now a Doctor!
Revive dead players
As a doctor, you are allowed to revive recently dead players near you for a money reward, just like how Paramedics can do if any player :
- dies within a 100m range around you.
- calls for emergency after dying.
Then they will not be able to respawn unless:
- you revive them
- you die/leave the area
- the respawn timer expires.
Which will leave you between 1 to 2 minutes to revive the dead player (depending on if they called 911 or not) before they respawn : the blip (player icon on the map) and the name tag of dead players will start blinking in gray so that you will be able to identify them.
To revive the player, get into very close of his body, then press X / hold
to revive the player:
Doing so will start a ârevivingâ animation on the dead player, which cannot be cancelled unless:
- the player respawns / disconnects
- you get shot / damaged by somebody else (that includes environmental hazards such as fire, tear gas or even ragdoll from vehicles)
Which will leave you vulnerable to any attack on yourself by another criminal hunting you down OR a police officer if you are wanted.
However, for each successful revive you get $6,000 and 10XP no matter who you revived.

Diseases
During gameplay you can randomly encounter some Diseases from multiple sources such as:
- randomly transmissed by air (Covid, flu, etc)
- food-related diseases (Salmonella, Gastroenteritis, etc)
- natural diseases (Cold for example for not moving for a while and being under-clothed)
Itâs also possible to get sick on purpose using the previously mentioned reasons (eating lots of bad food, staying naked outside, etc)
Symptoms
All those diseases can have one or multiple symptoms :
- fever â makes your walk slower & random chance to trip/fall over. (low chance)
- cough â makes you play a coughing emote & sound.
- vomiting â makes you play a vomiting emote (stopping you from moving for a small instant), leaving a vomit trail behind.
No matter your disease or symptoms, you will keep losing health slowly until you reach 1% health or until the disease is cured.
Transmission
If a player is sick, their sickness can be transmitted to other players using the previously mentioned symptoms:
- coughing near other players has a chance to infect them.
- The chance is lowered if a mask is worn by one of you, and lowered even more if you both are wearing a mask.
- Vomiting leaves a trail on the ground for a minute: staying too close to it will get you infected (increases over time)

- go to any Hospital
and request to be cured by the NPC (press E /
-> Cure)
- have a doctor player cure you from their services.

Tips & tricks
-
Doctors are very useful to have in a criminal party while doing a shootout: they can not only refill medical supplies quickly, but also heal and revive other party members.
-
Getting sick on purpose, then spreading the disease to other players is a good way to make profit as doctor, although it isnât ethical to do, especially with high cure pricesâŠ
-
You can buy Life insurances for cheaper by buying them as stock as doctor, then transfering them to inventory (TAB /
on stock menu)
- You can also purchase them from other players, but it isnât guaranteed to have cheaper prices in that case.
